The swift_store_config_file is required to use swift backend

When we use swift backend, we always need to set the swift::backend::multistore::swift::swift_store_config_file parameter so that the parameter points to the valid configuration file for swift account(s).

However this is redundant since we use the hard-coded file name (/etc/glance/glance-swift.conf) in the glance_swift_config file, which manages the swift account(s) configurations.

The parameter should be set to /etc/glance/glance-swift.conf by default so that the file generated by puppet-glance is used by default.
