Bug Description

Binary package hint: virt-manager

I'm running virt-manager (0.5.3-0ubuntu6) with Windows XP as guest.

I'm running a game (Hearts of Iron II Armageddon) which scrolls battlefield when mouse pointer is on the edge of the screen. It works with top and left edge, but it does not work with right and bottom edge of the screen. It should work with all edges.

I have a probably related problem. Namely, when running vinagre to connect to a kvm virtual machine, running Windows, the mouse seems to believe that the screen border is not where it should be.

The consequence is that I sometimes cannot reach the "Start" button, because the mouse cursor cannot go below a certain row, or certain icons cannot be clicked.

This problem seems to be solved by shaking quickly the mouse, that is, moving it very fast. Seems that then the cursor overcomes those previous limits -- probably due to a miscalculation of the coordinates again.

Is this still an issue for you? Which Ubuntu version do you use? Thank you for telling us!
