Broadcast set to x.x.255.255 instead of x.x.0.1

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdenetwork

When using Manual configuration both via knetwrok manager of ifconfig, broadcast must be set back to the correct value of x.x.0.1 instead of x.x.255.255 that appears after a reboot.
KUbuntu Gutsy 7.10, everything up to date

Basic rule of IPv4: Broadcast always ends with 255.
