Bug Description

could not install starlingx 4.0 on Dell r520 server.

Hardware:
Processor -- Intel® Xeon® processor E5-2400 and E5-2400 v2 product families
Memory -- 32G
RAID -- PERC H310

Operating System:
starlingx 4.0

Steps:
install starlingX with all-in-one mode. it will be blocked.

from https://forums.centos.org/viewtopic.php?t=71862, discuss ,this H310 was removed from centos8 , and need need the megaraid-sas DUD from https://elrepo.org/linux/dud/el8/x86_64/dd-megaraid_sas-07.707.51.00-1.el8_1.elrepo.iso , as we are using build-in, need update kernel driver to support it.

I'm against us carrying driver support for controllers that CentOS has deemed obsolete and no longer support. Has the technical steering committee said otherwise?
