Bug Description
Binary package hint: pidgin
I have two monitors, set up using nvidia twinview environment. When a tooltip pops up or a menu drops down, it appears well to the left of where it should be if the main window is on the far right of the right screen, as it gets closer to the left monitor, it gets closer to where it should be, and once on the left monitor, it works as it should. I was unable to reproduce this in other gtk applications. I'm using pidgin 1:2.2.1-1ubuntu4.1 on ubuntu 7.10.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
