Bug Description
Followed these steps to create a encrypted disk installation

Fails to install grub, with no useful information. This is a fatal error.
Installing on a dell latitude notebook e5570 from usb stick and doing a complete format of /dev/sda, a 512gb ssd.

The issue was the step etc/default/ grub.d ]; do sleep 1; done; echo "GRUB_ENABLE_ CRYPTODISK= y" > /target/ etc/default/ grub.d/ local.cfg

was not started in time.
After doing it again it worked.
