Bug Description

PostGIS and PGRouting are in the removal blacklist, making it hard to upgrade from 18.04 LTS to 20.04 LTS

It has been over a year and half since the bug is reported and confirmed. Any progress? The bug holds us back on upgrading a few PostgreSQL/Postgis servers.
