Angular catalog: Retrieve last bib record doesn't work

In the angular catalog, Catalog -- Retrieve Last Bib Record doesn't retrieve the last bib record viewed. It retrieves a previously viewed record but not the last. And it consistently brings up the same record.

If I retrieve a record in the traditional catalog, and then Retrieve last bib record in angular, it does retrieve the last bib record. But only that record. It never switches to a the actual last record.

Also, sometime the link Retrieve last bib record is not functional.
