(site error, not browser) in Firefox on Pop! OS it gave me the following error code, insisting that something went wrong: (Error ID: OOPS-4baad03af9f62477d57a3665ceff5445)

This happens if the task you're trying to add (which is what "also affects" does) already exists, and the fact that it's an OOPS rather than some more sensible behaviour is a variant of bug 1893791.
