deprecate Edubuntu from any documentation

As the project is long since dead, this bug serves to document the removal of the project from documentation.

Seems like someone else beat me to the punch. All the examples I remember are gone. One exception:

We need to remove it from Teams and the DIscourse documentation relating to delegations.

We also may need to work with Canonical to remove the team from LP (or set everyone to "Deactivated" or something).

There are no members of the Council team but I made a note about the team being deprecated:

I am of the opinion that we should keep the Edubuntu Members team. We should not revoke someone's Ubuntu Membership because the project is no longer active.
