Bug Description

PROBLEM: attempted to install ubuntu 20.04 with windows 10. stops 3/4 of the way through.
I think the problem is the partitioning of the drive, or the fact that I am using a
gaming computer. I had ben running only UBUNTU on this computer for over a year.
Computer: MSI X470, AMD® Ryzen 5 1600 six-core processor, Memory: 16 GB
New: 1.0 TB Hard disk: WDC WD10EZEX-00RKKA0
Unplugged old drives. Only the new drive connected.
Successfully installed windows 10 from CD.
Within Windows: Disabled fast startup.
I ran Ubuntu 20.04 from a USB pen drive and selected INSTALL.
While installing, I created 3 new Linux partitions: /dev/sda2, 24 GB, Ext4, / target
Continued installation of UBUNTU 20.04 : Failed
