Firefox looses focus when download finishes

If the user types into a textbox while there are some downloads running in the background, the focus on the textbox is lost as soon as one of the downloads finished.

Hi,

I cannot reproduce this. can you provide more details or amore specific test case? What extensions do you have install. Does disabling them and restarting firefox help?

Hello,

Except for "ubufox" I don't have any extensions. My firefox version is 2.0.0.12. This very launchpad page can be used as an example. Try to type your comment while downloading a file - as soon as the download finishes, your keystrokes will no longer produce any text in the textbox.

I am also unable to reproduce this bug please reopen bug if this happens in firefox-2.0.0.14.
Closing bug for 2 reasons this bug in not reproducible by 2 mozillateam members also because no comment for 3 months. If you reopen this bug report please include step by step instructions with examples websites you see this on what downloads this happens on.

Also because firefo-2 wont get this fix as its not a secuity update and its very close to EOS for firefox-2. If you see this in friefox-3.0 please file a new bug report on package firefox-3.0 and please include everything asked for in the above comment of mine.
