Bug Description
EG 3.5.1
The grant depth of VIEW_USER perm is 3 for most of our patron (staff) profiles due to privacy concern. We noticed that when there are target records outside the grant depth, Barcode Completion stops working. EG simply does not respond.
It is desirable that only patrons within the grant depth are retrieved. If there is only one record, just display the record directly.
