Display flickers when computer wakes up

Bug Description

I am using a 144hz Refresh rate screen
The screen flickers once it wakes up from sleep or it is woken up from Screen turn off due to inactivity
The possible solution to stop the flickering is to set the refresh to 60 hz and then reverting to the 144hz refresh
