macOS hardened runtime sandboxing does not allow accessing user config from Mixxx < 2.3

Bug Description

This means users lose all their settings and database when upgrading to 2.3. The previous settings directory was at ~/Library/Application Support/Mixxx but the sandboxing moves that to ~/ Library/Containers/org.mixxx.mixxx/Data/Library/Application Support/Mixxx. Mixxx needs to ask the user for access to the old settings directory.
