Bug Description
In a feature implemented on Victoria, legacy DB tables such as vnf/vnfd/
In the ESTI-based process on Ussuri, on the other hand, the way of using a DB is different from that in Victoria stated above.
The existence of this difference may cause an inhibition of the code extensibility for future, so it need to be refactored.
