ANGLE library files missing in Mixxx 2.3 beta installer for Windows

Bug Description
The official windows Mixxx 2.3 beta installer available on the download page is missing the ANGLE library DLLS ( libEGL.dll and libGLESv2.dll ).
The Mixxx 2.2.4 installer contains these DLLs.
ANGLE is always linked dynamically, even if Qt is build static: https:/
If Qt decides to fall back to ANGLE, because the OpenGL driver of the GPU is not supported, it loads these DLLs. In case of the Mixxx 2.3 beta installation these files are not there and Mixxx will show the text "No OpenGL support" instead of the Spinnies.
Note:
The Mixxx 2.2.4 installer contained also a DLL d3dcompiler_47.dll, in my case Mixxx 2.3 beta works without this.
