Bug Description

Binary package hint: exiv2

In the file I'm going to attach exiv2 doesn't find the exif data, while other applications, e.g. exif, does find them

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04?

Reproducible in 8.10 but not in 9.04. Seems to be fixed somewhere between Exiv2 0.17 and 0.18 (upstream link says 0.17.1).
