Steps to reproduce
==================

Deploy TLS-Everywhere on pre-provisioned nodes without setting the IdMServer or IdMDomain.

Expected result
===============
The deployment succeeds.

Actual result
=============
The deployment fails.

Setting below manually workarounds it.

  IdMServer: <ipa server ip>
  IdMDomain: <ipa domain>

Environment
===========
This is the new (without novajoin) tripleo-ipa deployment using the
deployment/ipa/ipaservices-baremetal-ansible.yaml template on master.
