Bug Description
When an issue appears while testing a device, QA engineers will usually file a bug immediately after when possible.
However, it's not always the case, and since it's not indicated, SW engineers investigating the problem have sometimes a hard time finding out relevant logs.
We could add an option in QABro to indicate if the issue is being reported right after it happened or not. It could be a checkbox in the UI for instance:
[X] Issue reported right after it happened

1. Can we make it more clear as:
[X] Issue reported and log collected right after it happened
2. for the case that system froze, maybe another:
[X] DUT froze, and the Issue reported and log collected right after a reboot.
