You don't need python-gtk2-dev, according to the package description, that is for building wrappers for addons which work with python-gtk2.

I've added the various python modules which are needed at runtime to the build-depends list. Strictly speaking, they aren't needed to build, but as an effort for a considtent place to report "you don't have 'X'", ./configure checks for runtime dependancies too.

Updated the maintainer fields, version name and changelog.
