nvidia: module license 'NVIDIA' taints kernel

Bug Description

The nvidia module is not loaded properly on kernel 5.8 which is causing the fan/thermals to go crazy. This only happens when running on Nvidia and Ondemand. No issues on Intel graphics.

The error goes away on kernel 5.4

I have NVIDIA Driver Version: 460.32.03 installed, and have had display and font issues
