This problem comes from the "apt" package, that is used by update-manager.
Strings displayed by apt-get and the rest of apt programs are copied and
displayed in graphical managers, like synaptic and update-manager.

Additionally, I created the refreshed pl.po file for the apt package.
Hopefully the Polish translators will pick it up so this problem could be resolved.
