NVIDIA module load failure / probe error on GeForce GT 540M

After enabling NVIDIA on-demand mode on my PC, I noticed several error logs in dmesg and udevadm monitor related to nvidia driver. Below is a snippet of both:

please help in addressing this issue. Due to this I noticed systemd-udevd is running 100% of one CPU.
