the process gnome-shell stay active for ever, and take 6-7 perc. of resorce, without apparent reason

Since we find so many bugs are caused by extensions, that's the first thing we need to look at. And you have a lot:

Please uninstall or disable all but the first three in the Extensions app and then log out and log in again. Does the problem still happen?
