No response from Mark by today's meeting. Jose reached out to Mark via alternative means to prod him.

Existing TB will have their membership extended to End of Year to give Mark time to get back to us on nominees, and for an election to run. TB will be emailed regarding this decision by the CC as well.

Not happening this November. Possibly December, if not then January (prepended the series to the item intentionally)

Mark would like us to put out a call for nominations ourselves and get this done before Christmas if possible. I will draft something, share today, and we should be sharing by tomorrow morning Americas.

Dec 3: Draft of call for nominations is shared with the CC
Dec 4: Call for nominations posted everywhere
Dec 11: Nominations close
Dec 11-14: Mark shortlists
Dec 14: Poll sent to Ubuntu Devs
Dec 21: Poll closes and TB is announced

These dates are tentative and might change depending on the circumstances.
