Documentation: bind_attr missing from example authenticator

it's awesome that bind_attr is documented in the section below but please put it in the example authenticator code block (and descriptive text) - especially since it is part of the opensrf.xml.example!

Working branch user/jeffdavis/lp1901940-bind_attr-docs adds bind_attr to the example config, along with the somewhat related restrict_by_home_ou setting.
