Bug Description

Please backport rust-exa 0.9.0-4 (universe) from groovy to focal.

Reason for the backport:
========================
Exa is a good alternative to ls and isn't very complex, so it would be great to have it in the current Ubuntu LTS.

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s groovy -d focal rust-exa

* focal:
[ ] Package builds without modification
[X] exa installs cleanly and runs
[ ] exa-dbgsym installs cleanly and runs
[ ] librust-exa-dev installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies
