Bug Description

Just updated to Groovy (20.10).

I have a Mouse binding set for my Desktop, so that Vertical Scroll switches desktop.
This has stopped working (tested with both the usual two-fingers on the Touchpad, and with a wheel-mouse).

It was working fine before the update (from focal).

I can still change desktops with ctl-F1, ctl-F2.
