Support for precomposed latin letters for Sanskrit transliteration

Latin letters with dot below are used to transliterate Sanskrit. In such transliterated texts it's the precomposed forms that are usually used, not "combining dot below". It would be very nice if Ubuntu fonts supported these letters. There is a lot of existing material that uses them.

Attached screenshot shows an XML-tagged mahāvyutpatti dictionary opened in emacs. The default font is Ubuntu Mono, but you can see how emacs has to use substitutions for the characters "with dot below".
