Bug Description

Every time the Bluetooth mouse connects, the Natural Scrolling is ineffective.

Settings shows it "Enabled" but it scrolls in the "not Natural" direction.

Disabling and re-enabling the setting temporarily restores the direction, but it only lasts until the mouse reconnects.
