Angular Catalog: Journal Title search does not Retrieve Titles

Using the Journal Title search in the angular catalog does not retrieve any data. We noticed in version 3.4.4, but it is also true in current master.

An example using the concerto date, if you perform a journal title search for IEEE in the traditional catalog, the search retrieves record 237, 'IEEE International conference on software testing, verification and validation.'

Using the angular catalog, this record is not retrieved.

Pushed to master and rel_3_6. It did not patch cleanly to rel_3_5, so holding off there.
