Bug Description
Inkscape doesn't build in current Fedora 9 tree that uses prerelease of gcc-4.3.
Here [1] are the explanations for what was problematic in various packages; for Inkscape only the first case (includes) is relevant:

I'll attach fix that we use for Inkscape package in Fedora as well as full build log that can be skimmed through for warnings that can possibly be helpful to indicate some more issues.
