Upgrade to zeitgeist-1.0.3

Please do upgrade zeitgeist from current 1.0.2 to 1.0.3.

It is required for GNOME Activity Journal to work. GNOME Activity Journal has
been ported to GTK3. It will be available in GNOME repos shortly.

GNOME Activity Journal 1.0 is complete:

Indeed, can also be seen at https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/zeitgeist. I noticed that Hirsute currently has 1.0.2-3ubuntu2 which includes some additional changes to the Ubuntu package. It wasn't obvious to me if they are included in the new version, so I would assume this would need to be merged.

Ricotz Tzschichholz is the zeitgeist maintainer, who also takes care of the ubuntu zeitgeist package. So, it should be fine.
