Wishlist: ability for catalogers to set reminders on on a record

We have a few streaming videos in our catalog that have temporary (1 year or 3 year) licenses. When those licenses are almost up, we need to be able to check in with the faculty to see if they are still using those videos in their classes, and if so, renew them with the vendor.

Another ILS, III Sierra, has a feature that is very helpful for this. Staff can add a "tickler" to a particular bib record, which will send them a reminder email on the desired day. It would be cool if Evergreen could do this, too!
