Bug Description
Two related items:
1) A library should be able to enable/disable a new tab in the My OPAC screen. On this tab, a patron will be able to view links to course pages for any courses that they are associated with.
2) On this tab, course users with certain roles (e.g. instructor) should be able to add and remove electronic course materials to/from their course. They should also be able to request that the library add or remove physical items to/from their course (the process is different for these, since the library may need to do some processing on the physical item itself).
Ideally, this would be well-integrated with bug 1895704, so that Evergreen can email instructors a list of course materials known for their course, and ask them to log into their OPAC to make corrections.
