Bug Description
After the latest update, Nautilus file manager in 20.04 no longer offers file drag and drop. You cannot select or even move the file(s) to another Nautilus window. Right context window commands still function.

I was able to resolve this problem by reinstalling all of the mutter packages that had been upgraded using synaptic. Drag and drop and the slightly altered look of Nautilus have been corrected.
