Calamares installation failed

Bug Description

This failure when installing in UEFI+secure boot mode Lenovo V14 IIL Lubuntu Focal daily iso 20201007 with follwing message:

I'm marking this as Incomplete based on a presumption that bug 1886148 is ultimately the cause for this issue since it seems to be specific to this particular machine and the particular conditions involved, just like that bug. If we ultimately solve all of the issues with regards to booting on that bug and there is still issues with installation, please revert this to New and we'll explore further.
