Bug Description

Related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/juju/+bug/1893844, the new juju-restore command also fails for a similar reason (the snap mongorestore binary is in a different path, and only has access to certain folders, not all of /tmp).

For example:

$ ./juju-restore juju-backup-20201006-233917.tar.gz
...
ERROR restoring dump from "/tmp/juju-restore601357241/juju-backup/dump": running mongorestore: exec: "mongorestore": executable file not found in $PATH
