Bug Description

Cubic currently copies the .disk/release_notes_url file from the original ISO to the customized ISO.

For Ubuntu, the contents of this file is:
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes?os=ubuntu&ver=20.04&lang=${LANG}

Provide users the ability to edit/change this value.

Note:

There was an issue with this functionality that was fixed in Bug #1924784 on 4/16/2021.

The Release URL entered on the Project Page was not being saved for new projects.

This issue did not affect existing projects, where the updated value for the Release URL was successfully being saved.

The fix for Bug #1924784 was released in version 2021.04-49.
