I have installed hplip-3.20.9, it does not work.
I have tried with hplip-3.17.10, it does not work.
I have tried with hplip_3.20.3+dfsg0-2_amd64.deb, nothing.
The printer is switched on - it only does not communicate with my computer
PLease, please, please HELP ME!!!

Hi ,

Can you connect your printer via network and try to print?

Ubuntu 20.04 is supported with few limitations in HPLIP. Hence you are seeing device busy or communication error.

Could you please refer below link for your bug:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/1879206

You can print via network instead of USB.
