devede cannot be moved to dock

Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTSsudo or Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS.

devede: Installed: 4.15.0-2

It is not possible to drag the devede icon to the dock when the devede is running.

expected: it is possible to drag the icon wherever you want in the dock.

happened: the icon does not stick to the dock and remains in the last position.

When devede is closed, no more icons. It defy the purpose of the dock.

I can re-create this issue with 4.15.0-2 on Ubuntu 20.04. One other thing I noted is that it doesn't have the "Add to/remove from Favorites" option in the context menu that other applications have. I don't know what's causing this but it might be related.
