Bug Description

While debugging the job I was trying to understand how much time "buildah push" took for every image to understand how much time we need. The log looks like

...
CMD "sudo buildah push ...
...

and the last time stamp was from tripleo-multi-playbook.yaml

Steps to reproduce
==================
Run
openstack tripleo container image build
See the log

Expected result
===============

...
Thu Oct 1 12:00:00 GMT 2020 "sudo buildah push ...
...

Actual result
=============
...
CMD "sudo buildah push ...
...
