Kernel modules not created when new kernel is installed

Bug Description

When installing a new kernel the dkms is not triggered and virtualbox can not start (due to missing modules).

dpkg-reconfigure virtualbox-dkms must be run manually all the time

I think you lack some kernel metapackage that triggers the build, but this seems to be not a vbox issue, rather a missing installed linux-image-generic or similar deb.
