Update to 1.6

Some good news and bad news since last time:

* I see that verison 1.6.1 has been synced from Debian and is currently waiting in hirsute-proposed (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gamemode/1.6.1-1)
* though based on https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-migration/hirsute/update_excuses.html#gamemode it has not migrated to the release archive because it depends on a package in universe.
* However, there is ongoing work to include the dependency in main, see bug 1883890 for details.

Once libinih is in main along with the other dependencies, I would assume the new release of gamemode will be available in Ubuntu Hirsute properly.
