Bug Description
Userinfo and key material is distributed but can see a failure in creating a home directory:
ubuntu@client0:~$ sudo ssh -l a.bc localhost
sudo: setrlimit(
...
Could not chdir to home directory /home/a.bc: No such file or directory
a.bc@client0:/$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Release: 20.04
Codename: focal
This should be done via pam_mkhomedir.so
Note the above is run in an lxc, possibly this is failing on privileges
