Ubuntu not loading/detecting discrete GPU after update

Bug Description

After the most recent update Ubuntu 20.04.1 no longer detects or lists the Radeon 560X dedicated GPU in my laptop (the About sections lists the Vega 8 iGPU twice...). Even after a complete clean reinstall the issue persists. Even clicking "Launch using Dedicated Graphics Card" is broken, and it crashes X, which reloads itself.
I'm not the most knowledgeable on the graphics stack, so not sure what I need to provide!

Similar to the above comment, I am not sure this is a bug or just a change in GUI.

If you think it is a bug then please help us to identify the issue by running these commands:

  lspci -kv > lspci.txt
