it would be useful to have a button to display the framework that's being edited in json format

Will go with Bug 1950920 and try and allow for exporting of the json so one can work on it outside of Mahara as that makes more sense that allowing one to edit the raw json in situ as there are internal fields / arrays that don't make sense to display to the person editing
