test_maps from ubuntu_bpf failed on Focal with Power8

Issue found on 5.4.0-48.52 with Power8 node modoc (passed with Power9 node)

 Fork 100 tasks to 'test_arraymap'
 Fork 100 tasks to 'test_arraymap_percpu'
 test_maps: test_maps.c:1330: test_update_delete: Assertion `bpf_map_update_elem(fd, &key, &value, BPF_NOEXIST) == 0' failed.

 Fork 100 tasks to 'test_hashmap_walk'
 Fork 100 tasks to 'test_arraymap'
 test_maps: test_maps.c:1300: __run_parallel: Assertion `status == 0' failed.

This test passed on P8 with 5.4.0-46.50, need to retest this.
