Bug Description
Students should receive email and/or text notifications of their materials at the start of a term. These students should also receive notifications every subsequent time an item is added to their course.
This could potentially save students some $$$, if they find out that the Library carries an ebook version of their textbook and they don't have to purchase it! Even if it doesn't save them money, it helps to connect students with resources at the Library that might be helpful to them.
